Today I’m bringing you my favorite 4 easy juice recipes and all the information to get you started juicing! WHY YOU SHOULD CONSIDER JUICING Eating more fruits and vegetables in your diet is one of the best things you can do for your health. However, sometimes it can get a little challenging, especially during busy days when you don’t have enough time to prepare your meals. This was one of the reasons why I recently got into juicing. Using a juicer gives you an easy method of getting your daily intake of veggies and fruits. I’ve read tons of information about different juicers, the pros and cons of juicing, and would like to share with you my personal favorite and also, why it took me so long to get one. COLD PRESS JUICER VS NORMAL Traditional juicers work with the high speed aka fast-spinning metal blade that generates heat, which destroys nutrients and enzymes in the fruits and vegetables you’re juicing. So what’s the point, right?! I would like to introduce you to my new favorite thing in the kitchen – Juicepresso. WHY TO CHOOSE THE COLD PRESS JUICER The cold press juicer results in much more nutritious and healthy juices as it slow speed preserves all the nutrients in the juice, unlike some of the traditional centrifugal juicers. What’s more, thanks to first crushing and then squeezing the leftover pulp comes out extremely dry (you can use it in for example baking recipes) and you get much more juice than you would normally get with regular juicers. Remember to buy organic fruits and vegetables when juicing, as you don’t want to be pouring in toxins! EASY TO CLEAN JUICER Despite many assets of juicing, cleaning the regular juicer is definitely not one of them. It takes literally a a few minutes to make a juice but then double to clean it up. The biggest reason people buy juicers and get tired of using it, is because cleaning is so much of a hassle! One of the things that I love about Juicepresso is its easy-clean function. All you need to do is pour water into the juicer and switch it on to clean the entire juicing system, then you’re ready to make another juice. It also comes with a little brush that helps to clean the juicer when you’re done! MODERN DESIGN JUICER Another favorite thing about this juicer is the design. Its small and modern design fits and looks great on most kitchen counters (I keep mine out at all times!) BENEFITS OF JUICING THAT ACTUALLY WORK Using a juicer gives you a simple way of getting your veggies & fruit intake. Once you start juicing every day, you tend to eat more fruits and vegetables. Easy way to get nutrition. Juicing helps quicker digestion and absorption of nutrients into the body. It can help cleanse out bacteria that it’s difficult to pass through your digestive system. Once you will get more nutrients, your body will be able to detoxify better. Freshly pressed juices are just so DELICIOUS! Cold press juicers are not the cheapest, but honestly, I highly recommend to invest in one, rather than spend money on bottled store-bought juices. It’s a great way to switch your morning cup of espresso for a glass of juicepresso! Here’s my 4 favorite easy juice recipes to get you started!
